Disaster at Sea
Accidents at are all too common, not long ago the statistics was that 96% of all accidents at sea was caused by HUMAN ERROR. Man overboard, collision, grounding, fire, falling between the pier and the vessel, machinery can all account for the fatalities and accidents that happen on vessels. But now there are strict rules related to safety procedures that have to be well followed. Since the implementation of these rules the accidents have reduced tremendously.
